PhD Candidate, University of Manchester
Welcome to my professional page!
I am a PhD student in Social Statistics at the University of Manchester, supervised by Prof Mark Elliot, Prof Colette Fagan and Dr Kathrin Morosow. My doctoral project, Parenthood, Behaviours in Paid and Unpaid Work, and Well-being Among Dual-earner Couples in the UK, investigates how gender and family inequalities shape the division of labour and subjective well-being in contemporary Britain. The study draws on two large-scale nationally representative datasets, stylised questionnaire data and diary-based time-use data, and applies advanced quantitative methods to analyse couples’ behaviours across different parenthood stages.
My research is funded by the ESRC North West Social Science Doctoral Training Partnership (NWSSDTP).
